On The Vampire Diaries episode 4x07, "My Brother's Keeper," it is once again time for the Miss Mystic Falls pageant. Though Elena gets taken to the dance by Matt, both Stefan and Damon make some sort of appearance. Caroline spends time with Klaus, while Tyler and Hayley have other plans.
