It's that time again TVD Family. The People's Choice 2013 has announced it's nominee selections. It's up to the fans to vote for the final nominees in each category. After those votes are tallied, it'll be time to vote for a winner which will be announced on the live broadcast. ALSO, a new category has been added this year that we should be especially proud of.
