Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) comes in first place in SFX's "Top 50 Vampires of 2012". Damon wins due to his bad boy status, witty replies, and smoldering eyes, defeating perennial winner Spike (James Marsters) from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
