Julie Plec Sits Down with the Futon Critic

Jim Halterman interviewed executive producer Julie Plec about the future of 'The Vampire Diaries,' Delena, and the art of writing a villain. Last week's episode, "Ordinary People,' was a hit partly because it showcased the ever changing dynamic between the Salvatore boys. Julie believes that neither is "bad" or "good," and each has their own internal struggles that they are dealing with. She also wants fans to be patient with the whole Delena relationship, since it's not something that will take place over a few episodes, but will develop throughout the series.
