Today, the CW Network released the 2nd episode still from the third season of 'The Vampire Diaries.' This one is from episode 3x01 titled "The Birthday," and shows Caroline & Tyler at Elena's 18th birthday party. Is it just me, or do things look kind of tense between these two potential love birds?
