Eva Chen Bannister (@evachen212), editor at Teen Vogue, stated that Nina Dobrev was recently announced as the new face of Puma's Breast Cancer Awareness- Project Pink. While tweeting on Twitter, use the #ProjectPink hashtag, and @Puma will donate $1 for every tweet per day. Dobrev, a former gymast, felt honored to be selected as spokeswoman. Besides voicing Project Pink in public service announcements, Nina will also make public appearances, and will speak out about the charity via her Twitter (@NinaDobrev).
“I’m truly excited for the opportunity to work on this season’s Project Pink initiative,” said Dobrev. “I love that it truly empowers young women to get involved and make a difference. Plus, I’ve always been an athlete, so I jumped on the chance to stand alongside and in support of some of these amazing female soccer players.”
