Ian Somerhalder's Halloween Costume Ranks #1 on PopWrap's Best Costume List
Last night Ian Somerhalder tweeted that he was Paul Wesley aka Stefan Salvatore for Halloween and would post pics. All the #TVD fans were on picture standby..they never came. Well this morning Nina Dobrev tweeted what has to be the greatest Monday wake-up call, behold the brooding Salvatore below. New York Post's PopWrap ranks Ian #1 Best Costume.
