The lovely Vee from V-D.net interviewed Chris Mollere, the music supervisor behind those heartbreaking, funny, and down right WTF? scenes on Vampire Diaries. Click here for the full interview.

V: You mentioned [on the Bite On This podcast] not having favorites, but is there an episode you’re particularly proud of as far as how the entire vision of the music within the episode came together?

CM: Honestly, this is the first show that I can say I’m proud of every episode. It’s one of the first projects I’ve worked on and we’ve gone an entire season that I can say I am proud with everything that we’ve done with it – through the first season, and we’re gonna continue that through the second season.   1. Wtf and why yall not making a vampire diaires the score like twilight. I don't want to hear the soundtrack. I just want to hear the music with no words like stefan's theme. Everybody thinks that's the score and we love the score. That piece of music. =(
