I'm definitely not to happy about seeing this new promo poster, but not surprised. The next episodes leading up to the season finale are sure to be intense as well as set things up for season 2. As Nina Dobrev stated in her interview with PopWrap, "All I will tell you is that as things keep progressing, them teaming up in any way is always out of circumstance. It’s always out of necessity. Elena is very loyal, has high morals and whatever she does, it’s for good. She’s nothing like Katherine. She’s not conniving and she would never do anything to hurt Stefan. "
This statement is the only thing keeping me Stelena strong. I'm sure there are many Dalena shippers reading this blog, so make sure you leave comments.

ReplyDeleteI hope the series keep the original lead of the books, and don't change Stefan and Elena. I know that Julie and Kevin started this to make a love triangle, so we didn't see Damon and Elena together but it will happen. It doesn't change the fact Elena stays with Stefan in the books, at least till now.
ReplyDeleteNo matter how cute and hilarious Ian Somerhalder is, Damon is still Damon - he was always like this when he was human, and this behavior was just intensified because he became a vampire. Of course Stefan isn't all good, but he struggle against his evil side and it makes him the same Stefan he was when human. In a matter of fact, they're the same but with emotions and instincts super intensifieds.
It's not because there is a supposed strong attraction between Elena and Damon that they will be a real couple. What makes the situation warms between them is just Stefan crazy because of the human blood. She loves him and I'm pretty confidend she will stay with him (:

ReplyDeleteElena and Damon, especially in Shadow Souls, are more similar to each other than her and Stefan. Stefan is... squemish. Damon knows how to get things done, as does Elena. Stefan and Elena togehter are... boring. Damon and Elena... there's the forbidden attraction, a deep one. Team Dalena :-))
